As a caregiver/home care aide at Caring Heart, you’ll provide essential support to clients who depend on your professionalism and compassion. If you meet the requirements below, we encourage you to apply.
Caregiver Requirements
To maintain our high standard of care, all applicants must provide:
- Updated Resume
- Completed Application Form
- Proof of Clearance (Background Check Result / Live Scan Result)
- Home Care Aide (HCA) Number
- State Required Training: 5 hours – Entry Level Training; 5 hours – Annual Training
- Valid Government-Issued ID / Driver’s License
- Valid SSN or ITIN (for employment purposes)
- CPR/AED Certification (valid for 2 years)
- TB Test or Chest X-Ray Result (valid for 2 years)
- Flu Shot & COVID-19 Vaccination (valid for 2 years)
